In this post I am going to share a recipe which is a very healthy alternative of traditional dosa, made from moong dal.

- Green moong dal-1 cup
- Cooking oil
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Green chillies - 4
- 1 red onion chopped finely
- Salt(according to taste)
Process:
- Wash and soak dal for overnight
- Chop onions finely
- Put soaked daal in grinder, add green chillies, ginger and grind it by adding some water to a smooth batter, batter should not be more thick or thin
- Add salt as per taste in the batter.
- Take flat pan, heat it , heat should be medium and grease with little bit of oil.
- Now take a tissue, fold it and wet it and clean oil with wet tissue to reduce the temperature of pan
