In this post i am going to share a recipe which is for a change not very common in Indian cuisine . Although this a again a very healthy and easy to cook dish for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
- Green onion chopped - 1bowl
- Cooking oil - 3 tbsp
- A pinch of asafoetida(hing)
- 1/4 tsp cumin(jeera)
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 1 tsp garlic chopped
- 1/4 tomato chopped
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 1 tsp cumin(jeera ) powder
- 1 tsp coriander( dhania) powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- Salt( according to taste)
Process:
- Prepare all other ingredients ginger grated, garlic chopped, green chillies and tomatos chopped
- Heat the pan and add 3 tbsp oil, heat should be medium
- Add a pinch of hing and 1/4 tsp cumin(jeera)and stir
- Add garlic and stir till garlic is light brown
- Add ginger, green chillies and stir
- Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin(jeera)powder, 1 tsp coriander(dhania) powder and salt according to taste and mix well
- Add chopped tomatoes and mix well
- Add chopped green onion and mix well and cover it for 5 min on medium heat , green onion will release some water
- Now open it and add 1/4 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well
