Healthy and tasty sooji/rava uttapam

Sooji/rava uttapam is very healthy and delicious alternative for breakfast .

   

Serves: 2

Ingredients:
  •   Sooji/Rava - 1 cup
  •   Curd -1/2 cup
  •   Cooking Oil 
  •   Green chillies chopped- 2 to 3
  •   Half onion chopped 
  •   Cilantro chopped
  •   Salt( According to taste)


Process:
  • Take sooji/rava in bowl, add salt 1 tsp (according to taste) and chopped green chillies
                     

  • Add curd and mix it well
               

  • For mixing it properly add some water so that it is not very thick or thin paste, as shown in the picture below
                 

  • Add chopped onions and cilantro and mix it well
              

              
  • Heat the pan and add 1 tsp oil
             
  • Put uttapam batter and spread it with a spatula 
         

         

  • Once bottom side is cooked properly, flip it over and cook for some time
       

        

  • It's done and ready to serve
