Gobhi paratha

Gobhi paratha is everyone's favorite breakfast dish.  Today in this post i am going to share simple and easy recipe of gobhi paratha.


              


Serves :- 4

Ingredients:
  • 3 cup whole wheat flour  
  • 1 cup cauliflower grated
  • 3 green chillies chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 1 tsp ajwain
  • Cooking Oil 
  • 1 tsp cumin(jeera) powder
  • 2 tsp coriander(dhania) powder
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin(jeera) powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Cilantro chopped

Process:
  •   Take wheat flour in a bowl and add 1 tsp salt 
            
  • Add 1 tsp ajwain and 2 tsp oil and mix it well
       

  • Add water and make dough, make sure dough should not be very hard or very soft. Once done cover it and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
          

  • Now prepare the ingredients for stuffing, wash the cauliflower and grate it as shown in the picture 
           

  • Prepare other ingredients, chopped green chillies and cilantro and grated ginger
        

  • Add all ingredients together :- grated cauliflower(gobhi), chopped green chillies, cilantro, ginger, red chilli powder, salt , cumin powder, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder 
       
              

  • Mix it well  

             

  • Now make small balls of dough and make a place for stuffing as shown in the picture

        


      

  • Stuff the prepared cauliflower(gobhi) mixture in balls made above
       
  • Close the ball as shown in the pictures below
    
      


     
  • Heat the tawa and roll the stuffed balls like chapati 
      
     
  • Place it on tawa and wait till you see bubbles forming at the bottom side of paratha
       

  • Flip it and cook another side for 2 min
          

  • Put oil on the top and flip it again
       
  • Flip it till both sides are cooked
      
  •  It's done and ready to serve
