Gobhi paratha is everyone's favorite breakfast dish. Today in this post i am going to share simple and easy recipe of gobhi paratha.

- 3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup cauliflower grated
- 3 green chillies chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger grated
- 1 tsp ajwain
- Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp cumin(jeera) powder
- 2 tsp coriander(dhania) powder
- 1 tsp roasted cumin(jeera) powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt
- Cilantro chopped
Process:
- Add water and make dough, make sure dough should not be very hard or very soft. Once done cover it and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
- Add all ingredients together :- grated cauliflower(gobhi), chopped green chillies, cilantro, ginger, red chilli powder, salt , cumin powder, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder
- Mix it well
- Now make small balls of dough and make a place for stuffing as shown in the picture
