In this post I am going to share how to make pure ghee at home, instead of buying preservative loaded artificial brands from the supermarket you can easily make it at home.

- Unsalted butter - 220gm/ 8 Oz.
Process:
- Take any unsalted butter in a bowl, butter will be in solid form
- Remove the wrap from unsalted butter
- Heat the pan and put the unsalted butter
- Butter will start to melt , let it melt completely, stir on medium heat
- Let it cook for 5 to 7 min and stir occasionally
