Egg curry is quick recipe for lunch or dinner, when you are bored of vegetables and daal's it is a good alternative to change your taste.

- Eggs -7
- oil -5 to 6 tbsp
- 1/4 tsp whole cumin(jeera)
- 1 tbsp ginger grated
- 1 tbsp garlic grated
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 1 medium sized onion chopped
- 1/2 medium sized tomato sliced
- 1/2 tsp cumin(jeera) powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- Salt (according to taste)
- Cilantro for garnishing
Process:
- Boil the eggs and remove the shell and , sprinkle turmeric powder and salt
- Make small cuts in eggs using knife as shown in picture, this small cuts will make sure eggs won't burst while frying
- Marinate with turmeric powder and salt and keep it aside
- Prepare the ingredients green chillies, garlic , onion, ginger, tomato as shown in picture below
- Put 3 tbsp oil in the pan, heat it and add some cumin
- Add garlic and sauté it
- When garlic is brown , add ginger , onion, and green chillies and sauté it for 2 minute
- Saute till onions are golden brown
- Mix it well and cook it on medium flame for 5 min.
- Add some water for gravy and cook it on medium flame for 5 min.
- Mix it well and cover for 2 to 3 min.
- Add 1/4 tsp garam masala powder and turn off the gas and mix it well
- Sprinkle chopped cilantro and it's ready to serve
