Boondi Riata

Boondi raita is a side dish which can be served along with Parantha's or Biryani or after lunch/dinner.


Serves :- 2
Ingredients :-
  • Curd- 2 cups
  • Boondi 1 small cup
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • Salt (according to taste)

Process :- 
  • Take curd in a bowl and whisk until curd is smooth and there are no lumps in it


  •  Add boondi and mix it well

  • Add salt, red chilli powder , black pepper pwoder and roasted cumin powder




  • Mix it well and you are done!! Keep it in refrigerator and serve cold.
