Boondi raita is a side dish which can be served along with Parantha's or Biryani or after lunch/dinner.

- Curd- 2 cups
- Boondi 1 small cup
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- Salt (according to taste)
Process :-
- Take curd in a bowl and whisk until curd is smooth and there are no lumps in it
- Add boondi and mix it well
- Add salt, red chilli powder , black pepper pwoder and roasted cumin powder
- Mix it well and you are done!! Keep it in refrigerator and serve cold.
